Amélie Seghers is a Belgian doctor based in London. Self-taught photographer, Amélie loves to take beautiful dreamy scenes, bathed in sunlight to escape the sometimes dark reality of the world inside the hospital. With her "sunbathing" series, she also wants to raise awareness of the dichotomy between the power and breathtaking beauty of the sun and its potential harmful effects if not enjoyed safely. She wants to inspire people to have fun in the sun while protecting their skin. At the same time, Amélie wants to remind people to look at the sunny side of life.
